The TRUSTe Responsible AI Certification applies to DoubleVerify’s proprietary AI systems and their deployment within business operations to support DoubleVerify’s products and solutions; as well as DoubleVerify’s use of third party AI systems deployed for internal business uses. This TRUSTe seal applies to the AI practices included in the scope of review, identified above. The company is responsible for its internal controls and effectiveness of its AI governance, privacy programs, and the policies, disclosures, processes, and procedures described in its public notices. TRUSTe has relied on the accuracy of the information and evidence provided by the company in making the determination that the company meets the TRUSTe standards that correspond to the seal being displayed.
What the TRUSTe Responsible AI seal means:
Companies who display the TRUSTe Responsible AI seal have demonstrated that their AI governance and practices as identified in the scope above meets the requirements of the Responsible AI Certification Assessment Criteria.
TRUSTe monitors ongoing compliance through annual recertifications and complaints received through the Privacy Feedback mechanism.
All companies that display this seal are solely responsible for their own AI practices and for promptly notifying TRUSTe of any changes that might affect their certification status.
TRUSTe is responsible only for the privacy practices applicable to it as expressly described in the privacy policy for the TrustArc group of companies and is not responsible for the privacy practices of any other company.
